When we were looking for a name for our organisation, we thought about several concepts: growth, improvement and empowerment. Then we thought that being Andalusian we had to call it Poderío, because it is the best reflection of what we are looking for. Poderío is a multidisciplinary training company, with a staff of eight experts in different subjects such as languages, coaching, emotional intelligence, pedagogy and international relations. Although our organisation is new, it benefits from the experience of a team with a wide professional background in formal and non-formal training with different target groups. From school education to adult education, from in-company training to training with disadvantaged groups, Poderío's staff apply their knowledge and experience to adapt their training to the needs of their clients. This multidisciplinary profile, as well as the ability to adapt its areas of work to different fields, allows Poderío to work in fields as diverse as entrepreneurship, leadership, employability, school education or personal/professional development.
